You're anxious about money, terrorists, the cold weather, having to spend the
holidays with your family, and whether or not you bought enough ribbon. Trust me, you didn't."

the silent auction of arguments

the silent auction of arguments
I can upon a sheet of paper in my job's lunch room. The paper is
entitled "Wisdom from the Desert Fathers". It is one of those higher
power, getting a little cozier with God sort of papers. Now thru out
the paper is the word God. Now at some point someone went thru and
crossed out and replaced it with "Karma". And then once again someone
went thru crossed out Karma and replaced that once again with "God".
Who out there has the energy to go thru and do that? I don't! Seem sort of
petty and stupid. But that is just my option. I think the whole paper is stupid.
But once again that is just me.

You can't talk to a psycho like a normal human being
So the POE concert last night at Bimbo's was great.
One of the best shows I have seen. She was very energetic and seemed to be
having a great time on stage. She was also very interactive. Crowd surfing
once, going into the crowd two or three times. As during two different
songs started pulling audience members up on stage. And boy is
she hot! Played a great line up including; Haunted, Control,
5 and 1/2 Minute hallway, Hey Pretty, and Angry Johnny. Just
to name a few. She did two encores, which she said she never
does. Over all a great show, and am very happy to get to see
her live. And plan on seeing much more of her in the future!!!

Brad: You know, I've been wondering --
Twin A: If you should have worn that sweater with those pants?
Brad: No. I've been wondering --
Eric: If Mariah Carey will ever find the perfect movie role to showcase
her vast and unique talents?
Brad: No. C'mon now! Lately, I've wondered if --
Jeff: You'll ever be capable of forming a stable relationship with another
man, considering your inability to honestly express your emotions, dubious
sexual prowess and utter lack of fashion sense?
(smoldering glare)
Eric: We're sorry, sweetie. What have you been wondering?
Brad: I forgot. But right now, I'm wondering if I'll manage to make it through happy
hour without cracking this bottle over Jeff's head.

Ugly Man With Huge Penis Unsure How To Get The Word Out AUBURN, ME—
Overweight and balding Ira Groff, 37, is unsure
how to get the word out about his 11-inch penis. "In theory, I could
fumble around in my wallet for something and then—whoops!—an
extra-large condom falls out," the acne-scarred Groff said Monday.
"But that would come off as staged." Groff has also pondered wearing
tighter pants, leaving penile-reduction-surgery brochures around his
workspace, or sporting a button that reads, "Ask Me About My Huge Cock."

Love ridden, I’ve looked at you
With the focus I gave to my birthday candles
I’ve wished on the lidded blue flames
Under your brow
And baby, I wished for you
Nobody sees when you are lying in your bed
And I wanna crawl in with you
But I cry instead
I want your warm, but it will only make
Me colder when it's over
So I can’t tonight, baby
No, not ‘baby’ anymore - if I need you
I’ll just use your simple name

Eric (mid-western str8 guy #2)
Jeff (twin b’s boy friend)

Affirmative action police almost closed the place down but we lied
and said Alesha (black lesbian) was coming. So we had quite
the global group. It was a blast. The Scots didn’t get the whole
purpose of T-day (gluttony) So they got a pre-cooked Whole foods
turkey (very yummy), which had to be re-heated at my apartment.
For their oven doesn’t work. Sandra and I brought over a shit load
of crap. Pickles, olives, mini quiche’s, cheese, bread, fruit, pies,
veggies, yada, yada, yada. There was enough food to feed a army,
as my Mom would say. So we ate to much, watched the Buffy
marathon, and Friends. Then I went home and slept for 14 hour,
no really I did! Friday night was Pilsner and then Sat. and Sun.
I sat on my ass!!!

You walk from the carpet in the hall way in to the break room.
You hit the linoleum and almost fall flat on your face. Walk around

the break room is once again slick?!?! The floor is possessed!

Hey Pretty (Drive-By 2001 Mix)

Hey Pretty (Drive-By 2001 Mix)
Keiri suggested we go for a drive in her new 2-door BMW coupe
In the parking lot, we slipped into her bucket seats
Keiri took over from there.
At nearly 90 miles per hour she zipped us up to that windy edge
Known to some as Mullholland, that sinuous road running the ridge of the Santa Monica Mountains
Where she then proceeded to pump her vehicle in and out of turns
Sometimes dropping down to 50 miles per hour, only to immediately gun it back up to 90 again
Fast, slow, fast fast slow
Sometime a wide turn sometimes a quick one she preferred the tighter ones
The sharp controlled jerks, swinging left to right before driving back to the right
Only so she could do it all over again until after enough speed, and
enough wind, and more distance than I had been prepared to expect
Taking me to parts of the city I rarely think of and never visit...

I can't remember the inane things I started babbling about then, I know it didn't really matter, she wasn't listening
She just yanked up on the emergency brake, dropped her seat back, and told me to lie on top of her
On top of those leather pants of hers, extremely expensive leather pants

mind you, her hands immediately guiding mine over those soft, slightly oily folds
Positioning my fingers on the shiny metal tab, small and round, like a tear
Then murmuring a murmur so inaudible that even though I could feel her
lips tremble against my ear, she seemed far, far away
Pinch it, she said, which I did, lightly, until she also said pull it,
which I also did, gently parting the teeth, one at a time, down under
and beneath, the longest unzipping of my life...

We never even kissed, or looked into each other's eyes, our lips just
Trespassed on those inner labyrinths hidden deep within our ears,
Filled them with the private music of wicked words
Hers in many languages, mine in the off-color of my only tongue, until
as our tones shifted and our consonants spun and squealed, rabbled faster, hesitated, raced harder
Syllables soon melting into groans or moans, finding purchase in new words, or old words, or made-up words
Until we gathered up our heat and refused to release it, enjoying too
much the dark lane which we had suddenly stumbled upon
Prayed to, carved to, not a communication really, but a channeling of
our rumored desires, hers for all I know gone to black forests and
wolves, mine banging back to the familiar form, that great revenant mystery I still could only hear the shape of
Which in spite of our separate lusts and individual prize, still
continued to drive us deeper into stranger tones, our mutual desire to keep gripping the burn
Fueled by sound, hers screeching, mine...I didn't hear mine, only hers, probably counter-pointing mine
A high pitched cry, then a whisper dropping unexpectedly, to practically
a bark, a grunt, whatever, no sense anymore, and suddenly no more curves either, just the straightaway
Too bad dark languages rarely survive..."

the ethical slut…

This one goes out to Choire !
the ethical slut…
This story is short and to the point of the title.
It all started last year, the night of my company’s X-mas party.
The party started at E&O trading company with a open bar.
Bad news for Geno!!! After way to many drinks there.
A bunch of us headed off to the mission for a little pub
crawl. continuing to drink we made our way to the Castro.
Specifically Badlands. More drinks ensued. I ended up having
to walk home. Now this is where the story gets good! On my way
home I ran into this guy, we will call him Guy#1. (there is a reason I
have to number him, lol) We started to talk and he invited me
back to his place. Of course I am not one to pass up a free meal.
And this guy was hot, hot, hot. He was drunk, I was drunk,
it was all good! Yada, Yada, Yada. It was good sex! As
I was leaving, (it is now 4:30 in the morning) and as I walked
out of his building. I practically run into this other guy walking
down the street. He also is very cute, we will call him Guy#2
At the corner I notice he is checking me out, which I was
doing of him also. We started talking, had a little make out
session on the corner and hop a cab ride back to my place.
Now this is the best part of the story. He asked me where
I was coming from. And being the nice guy that I am
I told him exactly, in detail. Where I had been and been doing.
And he still came home with me and for the third time that
night, (Yes Guy#1 and I had sex twice before I left) I had
great sex with a cute guy. The end…

Choire hope that will do!

Walk down memory lane

Walk down memory lane
It is strange when a odd memory from your childhood
pops into your head. Like this morning a strange memory
from grammar school came to me while walking to work.
When I was in 2nd grade this group of high school drama
students came and put on a little performance about
the dangers of using drugs. They were short plays and
a couple monologues. One in particular I remember.
It started out with this guy talking about spending the night
at his grandmothers. And describing he house and such.
Then he went on to drop acid. (I think, or maybe PCP)
Started to talk about all the things he was seeing. Teddy
bears, flowers, and such. Then out of the blue he started
yelling about the rats that were eating at the back of his eye
balls. Screaming and screaming he finally found his grandmothers
knitting and took the knitting needles and shoved them in his
eyes all the way into his brain and died.

Now the point isn't the story for me, but why did that pop
into my head. I haven't done drugs in 4-ever. I have no
plans on killing myself. But just wondering what brings
back memories like that? Hmmm... strange.

Last nights concert was great.

Last nights concert was great. She was a little sad and introverted during the show.
At one point saying "Today is a crap day". But that just seemed to fuel the fire.
The show was very intense. This was my 9th time seeing her live, and it was one
of the best. As you can see from the set list she played a lot of old songs. She
only broke to talk twice. The end of one song would fade into the next. With out
much of a break. I really wanted her to play upsidedown (my fav Tori song) but
she played Take to the Sky instead. Over all it was a great show. I even liked
Rufus opening for her. He was funny. Told a good story. Her ending with Mother
was fitting, for during the show she informed us her mother had an operation
earlier that day.

splashing in puddles but not getting your feet wet...
That is how I feel when it comes to men. Why does it seem so impossible to meet
a nice guy, that you can spend some "real" time with? Quality time with. This city
sets it's self up for wanting a relationship but never getting one, or I should say never
keeping one. People here have the sense that the next best thing is right around the next
corner. Never wanting to spend to much time cultivating a relationship. I for one am not
like that. And would love to know where people like me go? Am I the only one? I feel
like I am in Twilight Zone meets Planet of the Apes. Well if I ever figure it out, I will
make sure and let you all know the answer...

See honey.. there’s a place called heaven and a place called hell
There’s a place called prison and a place called jail
And da-da’s probably on his way to all of em except one
Cause mama’s got a new husband and a stepson

This weekend was very calm and uneventful. Looks like Andy may be coming to SF to perform his show
"Potty Mouth". (Trailer found here, for adults only! lol)
God I am just not in a posting mood today. So here is a some reading for you all.

I took yesterday off, in

I took yesterday off, in hopes that Halloween night.
Would be crazy fun. I would party till the sun came up.
And maybe wake up in a strange bedroom. (hopefully with
a really cute boy) Cuz waking up in a strange bedroom alone
would be really really REALLY weird!. Anyway, I ended up home
by 11 on Halloween night. Went to bed and work up on my
nice Thursday away from work, SICK! So I sat on my arse all
day and did jack shit! Oh I did work a little on my site. And
caught up on some of my we reading. I could have spent some
of the time working on my book but I didn't and I don't feel bad
about not doing so!
